Empty your car and boot of personal belongings and valuables before our arrival. You do not need to remove rubbish.
We do not organise, remove or dispose of your personal belongings. Areas containing belongings may have to be left untouched.

Child seats
Remove child seats if you would like the area beneath them cleaned. Please refit them yourself following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Keys & safe access
Have your keys ready and make sure we can safely reach your vehicle. Keep your booking reference handy.
Anything we should know?
Tell us about existing damage, faults or delicate surfaces. Contact us before arrival about mould, sharp objects, bodily fluids or other hazardous contamination.
Rain in the forecast?
Interior work can go ahead during rain. Exterior work cannot go ahead in rain. Contact us to agree interior-only arrangements or another date if needed.
If rain prevents the agreed work, your appointment will be marked “Not possible — change date.” You can rebook using your original £5 deposit.
