Change or cancel a booking
Change your date using your original booking terms and any deposit, or cancel. Find your appointment using your booking reference, surname and the email address used to book.
Deposit refunds
Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and we will refund your paid deposit. Under our usual policy, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice do not receive a deposit refund because the reserved slot prevented additional bookings.
Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Where an online booking cooling-off right applies, we will honour it. Card refunds return to the original payment method. Bank refunds are arranged by our team.

Contact support@reviveandgleam.co.uk with your booking reference. If we cancel your service, we will offer rearrangement or a deposit refund.
