What makes this a live booking system?

The booking form shows available appointment times for your chosen date, so you can secure a slot online.

Do customers pay the full amount online?

The booking takes a deposit online, and the remaining balance is payable on the day unless agreed otherwise.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Wash Club members can cancel eligible upcoming bookings from their member dashboard. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may lose the deposit.

How do I know my booking has gone through?

After the deposit is accepted, you will see a booking reference on the success page.

Do you cover my postcode?

Use the postcode checker on the Coverage page or enter your postcode during booking.
